Here you are, trying to get to work to save lives:
You are dressed, you’ve got your wallet, your keys, your phone, and you put on your mask properly. Before you get out the door, you grab your nice hot cup of coffee. You take a quick sip, or so you are thinking, absent minded, the hot brown colored liquid from that cup is right through your mask: “ouch”! Your lips, your tongue and your palate let you know that you needed to be organized – you cannot drink through your mask.
Not funny is it! It is just one of those happenings of these times. You just got a hot “licking”, but you must keep “ticking”. Forget about the coffee (or tea). Grin and bear your mishap, clean up, and keep moving.
Don’t forget to hand sanitize, put on a new mask, and off to work you go. I am sure you will not forget to social distance.
Now that you’ve got yourself a little laughter, keep keeping well- it’s important!
